About me

Hello. My name is Ian ( Squeaky) and I am passionate about making peoples homes the best they can be. Feeling proud of your home and its presentation is so important. Whilst some people put an emphasis on creating a pretty space indoors. I am all about the external first impression for your visitors and that warm happy feeling when you return to your home and leave in the morning. It can also add value by prolonging the lifespan of your exterior surfaces and minimise repairs, saving you money over time. I want to make the externals of your home look the best they can be!

A little bit about me...

I spent many years working in photography, starting from a Saturday boy to working up to being an engineer. I have always been clever with my hands. After a few redundancies and becoming a father I changed career to be a postman, as I wanted to work outside and spend time quality time with my daughter. As I spent years walking up and down driveways and seeing peoples homes, I realised that a lot of people need help maintaining the externals of their home. I have always been so proud of my home and neighbours have laughed at me even cutting the edges of my grass on my hands and knees!

Spotless Water window cleaning

I use Ultra Pure Water with no impurities or mineral deposits that could leave any water marks. The average household water is fine for consumption, but if used for window cleaning will leave behind mineral deposits and limescale. Just think about your shower and kettle especially in our hard water area here. Using spotless water leaves a spot free finish every time, after the droplets have dried, even if it's raining.

Water fed pole system

I use Gardiner Telescopic water fed poles. It is far safer and they are the best on the market having been awarded patents around the world. Gardiner was established in 1979 and changed from traditional window cleaning to water fed pole cleaning in 2001. I use a selection of their different types of brushes and fittings depending on your windows, fascias or soffits.

Pressure washing

I use an industrial machine with several different types of nozzle and strength depending on the type of surface that I am cleaning. If you haven't had your driveway or patio cleaned for a while. You will be amazed by the results!

Predator Gutter Vac

My Predator Gutter vacuum is a real beast of a machine. With an extremely powerful industrial triple motor. Leaves, water, moss and muck are no problem for the 'Predator'. A commercial level machine suitable for all wet and dry debris. Nothing will stick in its way.
